**I received free product in exchange for my 100% honest review. All opinions are my own**
As you know, we moved not only our household this week, but my in laws as well. Moving hurts. I not only have bruises, but my body hurts. This line from Salonpas came in quite handy this week, let me tell you. And what's great about it is that it can be used for big pain or every day pain.
I had heard of Salonpas but had never really tried them. I have used creams in the past for pain like Ben Gay and Icy Hot, but never the patches. Salonpas carries a variety of different products depending on the severity of the pain and the location. They have patches, gel and sprays. They even have Salonpas 4% Lidocaine maximum strength gel patches, the strongest you can buy over the counter! Those are big for lower back pain-3" x 5 1/2"! These are fabulous for people with chronic pain who can't get insurance to cover the copays! They run about 12$ a box for 6 patches and 60$ for 30!
I have used the stretchable fabric patches this week on my upper back between my shoulder blades. It started to work instantly. It was easy to put on and didn't hurt to take off. I like that you can wear it for 8-12 hours. I put it on in the morning and by the time we were done for the day, I took it off. It helped so much! It helps loosen up your muscles and takes away the pain without having to swallow pills. This makes the medicine more effective by putting it right where the pain is instead of having to travel through the stomach and liver to the site of pain.
