Healthy Dips With Chobani!

Chips and dip are a staple of tailgating, am I right? There's nothing better than a good French Onion dip, in my opinion. But, my buddies over at  Chobani  challenged me to come up with ways to "dip healthier". Because we all know that potato chips are not healthy. They taste really good, but aren't that good for us.

Chobani and Your New Year's Resolutions!

Who else overate during the holidays? How can you not? Was one of your resolutions to eat healthier? Get healthier? That is one of the most popular resolutions. I know when I joined the gym last year, the lady who signed me up told me that there is a surge of memberships in January. But, there are little things you can change at home to get healthier. Like your eating habits. I know I need to make some changes. I eat like my parents are out of town for the weekend. I like sweets. A lot. Chocolate is a favorite. One thing I like to keep in the house though, is yogurt. Everyone likes it, even Bubby. And Chobani Simply 100 makes me feel good about eating it because it's only 100 calories and is sweet! It helps me stay on track and away from cake! And 100 calories isn't hard to burn off even if you don't go to the gym. Heck, even shopping will get rid of the calories! Chobani's #BreakYouMake

Image
This is my husband with our son, playing foosball. I am nominating him for Chobani's #BreakYouMake because this is a man who works tirelessly for our family. We have been married almost 19 years and together almost 21. He is the love of my life, I can honestly say. He has worked his way up from setting trailers when we were in high school to a field service rep at his company, working with conveyors. He travels now 2-3 weeks out of the month, sometimes working 60-70 hour weeks, which is very hard on him, but it is all to provide for our children. He has always made sure that our kids never wanted for anything, even if he had to go without to do it. He is the kind of daddy who gets down on the floor with our kids and even plays everything from Barbies to cars and trucks.  He just has always wanted to make them smile. That has always been his goal in life is to make sure his children are happy. He's a very dedicated and hard working man who deserves a break.
