Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's Eve. I made it till midnight with Hubby and Bubby. Izzie has a cold and went to bed early. I'm looking forward to seeing where the blog takes me this year. Last year was a big growth year for it and it's been great! I love hearing from all of you! Thank you for visiting and reading all my ramblings! Here's to a new year!

Happy New Year's Eve!

I just want to say to everyone have a safe and happy New Year's Eve! We don't have any major plans, we usually watch the ball drop with the kids. Last year, Hubby and I had our first New Year's Eve with no kids and ended up just getting subs and doing some shopping before he had to leave on another work trip! We are so exciting,  aren't we? This year, it looks like it'll be us and Bubby. The girls both have plans. Bubby has no problem with this since he will only have to share the new PS4 with Daddy! I hope everyone has a great time tonight and don't forget the black eyed peas tomorrow! If I have to eat em, so do you!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a fun, safe New Year's Eve! Hubby and I decided to get dinner in and watched scary movies. Exciting, huh? It was nice watching movies without kids so we could watch all the way through without pausing because of chatter! Do you have any resolutions? I don't really have one. I think if I did make one, I will take better care of myself. I have noticed that I would stay in jeans and t-shirts everyday. I would like to change that! Let me know in the comments what yours are! A friend of ours told me last night hers is to stop cursing. She even has a nickel jar to keep her accountable. I thought that was cute. Either way in the New Year, I hope everyone is happy and healthy and I wanted to thank all of you that keep coming back and reading my rantings! Here's to a great year!

A Childless New Year's Eve?

Image
Hubby and I haven't had a childless New Year's Eve since we were dating. Literally. And that was 19 years ago. We are now facing one. The oldest has a party, Bubby got invited to a party and Doodle is trying to make plans with her friends. Wow. I don't think we know what to do with that. There are so many possibilities. We could go to a movie, go out to dinner, I could make a special dinner, what to do, what to do? What are your plans for New Year's Eve? Do you go out or do you do as we have, stay in and watch the ball drop? Let me know in the comments!
