I know I do! I'm not that good a bartender; that would be my sister in law. But, I do like to try different drinks to see which ones I like. When I got the chance to try some recipes from Sparkling Ice, it intrigued me! And their recipes are delicious! Using ingredients I had never thought of before. I thought I would share some of these recipes with you! These are fantastic! Sparkling Cherry Bourbon INGREDIENTS 4 cherries, pits removed 1½ ounces bourbon 1 tsp. simple syrup ½ oz. fresh lemon juice Sparkling Ice Essence of Peach DIRECTIONS Muddle 4 cherries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice- shake. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass and add sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
