Happy Father's Day!!!

This guy right here is hands down one of the best fathers ever! He is always trying to make sure that our kids are happy and taken care of. He works hard for our family and I know he would do anything for us. He is just a big kid himself but that is just part of why he's such a great dad. Thank you, Hunny, for being such a wonderful father!

This man was born to be a grandpa. This is my father in law. He is one of the goofiest men alive and loves his grandkids. He can make anyone laugh and is just a great guy all around. Everyone who meets him loves him. He's just that kind of guy. Happy Father's Day Papa!
The guy on the right is my dad. This is my first Father's day without him. It's very strange. He wasn't the perfect dad, but he was a good dad and I miss him more every day.

So, give all the dads in your life an extra hug today and tell them thank you for all they have done and will do!

OK, this started as another one of those "Pinterest Experiments" to see if it would really work, and it actually did! I had read on Pinterest that you can do a body wrap at home wayyyy cheaper than at spas. All you need is lotion, plastic wrap and whatever body part you want to lose about .5 in on. Seriously. I did it on my stomach, because after 3 children, I have the "pooch". I hate the "pooch". I figured that this wouldn't hurt, so while Hubby was in Washington, I tried it. All you do is put lotion on the body part you are working on. It's preferable to have a lotion with something from the sea in it, like seaweed, kelp, etc, but not absolutely necessary. Put A LOT on. I mean to where it's not soaking in anymore. Then you wrap the body part in plastic wrap. You can either secure it with an ace bandage or do what I did and just tape it.
