Adovia Anti-Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer!

This lovely cream is available on Amazon. I received this from the great folks at Adovia. 
I am getting the little crow's feet that we all get around my eyes already. I don't mind them too much, I like to think that these are signs of a happy life since they are "laugh lines". But, I have noticed that as I get older, my skin is dryer and doesn't bounce back as it used to. I really liked this cream because it has a lot of natural ingredients, Dead Sea salt, which is in a lot of  their products, Vitamin C, Lactic Acid and Collagen, Seaweed and Premier Aloe Vera. And after using this for about a week, I have noticed that my skin is firmer and smoother. It has a pleasant scent to it and you don't need to use much. I only used it in my "wrinkle" zones, around my nose, my cheeks near my mouth and my temples and my forehead, but it absorbed quickly and didn't cause any breakouts at all, which I love. It's another highly recommended product from this great company!

    sounds like a good product...I always make sure when I buy anything I put on my body has to be natural ingredients.

DIY Body Wrap

OK, this started as another one of those "Pinterest Experiments" to see if it would really work, and it actually did! I had read on Pinterest that you can do a body wrap at home wayyyy cheaper than at spas. All you need is lotion, plastic wrap and whatever body part you want to lose about .5 in on. Seriously. I did it on my stomach, because after 3 children, I have the "pooch". I hate the "pooch". I figured that this wouldn't hurt, so while Hubby was in Washington, I tried it. All you do is put lotion on the body part you are working on. It's preferable to have a lotion with something from the sea in it, like seaweed, kelp, etc, but not absolutely necessary. Put A LOT on. I mean to where it's not soaking in anymore. Then you wrap the body part in plastic wrap. You can either secure it with an ace bandage or do what I did and just tape it. On My Journey: Cataracts

Along with my entire family, I wear glasses.  I have for about 3 years now.  I had noticed about two months ago that my left eye was really bad.  I couldn't see anything out of it, just blurry blobs.  So,  I carried myself to the eye doctors, expecting to get a new prescription.  He dilated my eyes because my left eye failed all the tests.  Imagine my surprise when he tells me that at the age of 42, I have cataracts.  I couldn't believe it! He said this is extremely rare, but does happen.  I ended up leaving there with a referral to an eye surgeon instead of a prescription.  Now I'm waiting to go see the eye surgeon.  I'm a little nervous even though I know it's an easy,  routine surgery.  I will keep all you wonderful readers updated as this progresses!
