Argan Oil Hair Mask Review!

So, here we go with the first of a lot of reviews! This is Insta Natural's Argan Oil Hair Mask. If you  have been reading for a while now, you know I struggle with my hair being very, very dry. This mask worked wonders on it! The consistency is good, not too thick but not too thin. And it smells very sweet. You put it on clean hair, so after you shampoo, and leave in anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes and rinse. I just put it in when I was in the shower and left it on while I washed and shaved, so about 5 minutes. My hair feels really soft and is shiny!     My hair is a loss cause, it won't do anything it's got a lot of static in it and it's all over the place..lol might try this.

    Sounds like something I could definitely use. The humidity has been so high that my hair could use a little extra conditioning. Thanks for sharing.

    Hair Masks are a friend of mine. I do like argan oil, so this sounds like a good one to try. I use them once a week or so for my super dry hair.

DIY Body Wrap

OK, this started as another one of those "Pinterest Experiments" to see if it would really work, and it actually did! I had read on Pinterest that you can do a body wrap at home wayyyy cheaper than at spas. All you need is lotion, plastic wrap and whatever body part you want to lose about .5 in on. Seriously. I did it on my stomach, because after 3 children, I have the "pooch". I hate the "pooch". I figured that this wouldn't hurt, so while Hubby was in Washington, I tried it. All you do is put lotion on the body part you are working on. It's preferable to have a lotion with something from the sea in it, like seaweed, kelp, etc, but not absolutely necessary. Put A LOT on. I mean to where it's not soaking in anymore. Then you wrap the body part in plastic wrap. You can either secure it with an ace bandage or do what I did and just tape it. On My Journey: Cataracts

Along with my entire family, I wear glasses.  I have for about 3 years now.  I had noticed about two months ago that my left eye was really bad.  I couldn't see anything out of it, just blurry blobs.  So,  I carried myself to the eye doctors, expecting to get a new prescription.  He dilated my eyes because my left eye failed all the tests.  Imagine my surprise when he tells me that at the age of 42, I have cataracts.  I couldn't believe it! He said this is extremely rare, but does happen.  I ended up leaving there with a referral to an eye surgeon instead of a prescription.  Now I'm waiting to go see the eye surgeon.  I'm a little nervous even though I know it's an easy,  routine surgery.  I will keep all you wonderful readers updated as this progresses!
